Returns & Refund Policy

At Express Printing, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed products. However, due to the customized nature of printing services, our refund and return policy is structured accordingly.
1. General Policy
Because most orders are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Refunds or reprints are only issued under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible for Refund or Reprint
You may be eligible for a refund or reprint if:
A. Printing Errors (Our Fault)
- Incorrect colors due to printing error
- Missing pages / Wrong size printed
- Blurred or defective print quality
- Wrong product delivered
We will offer a free reprint, or full refund if reprint is not possible.
B. Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and product
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email evidence to: support@expressprinting.com
We will reprint at no cost, or issue a refund if reprint is not feasible.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The file you submitted was low resolution or poor quality
- You selected incorrect print options (size, paper, color mode, etc.)
- You approved a proof before printing
- You provided incorrect shipping details
- You change your mind after printing has started
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only if production has not started. Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
